Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) is available in South Carolina with a range of courses and sessions to help make life easier – and happier – for all families. Backed by more than 30 years of ongoing research, Triple P is used nationally and internationally to give parents practical strategies to manage everything from toddler tantrums to teenage rebellion.
Children’s Trust of South Carolina and its partners in Georgetown, Greenville and Spartanburg counties have made free or low-cost Triple P available to families in those communities. Some sessions of Triple P are even offered online as virtual/video conference sessions to make them more convenient for you to attend.

GEORGETOWN: Tidelands Health provides the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) in Georgetown County in partnership with Black River United Way and the Children's Recovery Center. Triple P in Georgetown and Horry counties is available for caregivers and families with children age 0-12. We offer one-on-one sessions, seminars, and workshops. GREENVILLE: As part of a community wide, public health approach, Greenville First Steps partners with organizations and schools who work with parents at a variety of levels, to ensure all parents have access to the parenting supports they need and want. Whether a parent seeks help at their pediatrician's office, their church, their place of employment, or a local nonprofit, Triple P will be there for our families. Triple P consists of multiple levels and intensities, from a light touch large group meeting, to more intensive 8 week small group sessions to one-on-one sessions.For more information, visit https://greenvilleparents.com/
SPARTANBURG: Hope Center for Children in Spartanburg County has been providing the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) Level 4 to Spartanburg and Cherokee County communities since 2008. We have since expanded our program and partnered with several other agencies throughout Spartanburg county to deliver Triple P. All five levels of Triple P are now available to parents of children and teens in English and Spanish (including the online curriculum) to Spartanburg families free of charge. We offer sessions individually and in group settings. The Triple P curriculum continues to equip our parents/caregivers with tools and strategies to deal with the everyday (and sometimes more extreme) stresses of parenting as we join together in building healthy and stable families in Spartanburg county.
